Raspberry Pi 4 Top – Screwless FAN Mount #3DPrinting #timelapse #3DThursday

Haz1 shares:

This is a remix of the great Raspberry Pi Case Top of Malolo. We’ve had a good cooperation over the last few days and have worked on the design and new ideas to make the case even better.

So the idea to integrate a fan without the ugly screws.
I’ve therefore built a holder in which the fan can be simply pushed from the side.

Every Thursday is #3dthursday here at Adafruit! The DIY 3D printing community has passion and dedication for making solid objects from digital models. Recently, we have noticed electronics projects integrated with 3D printed enclosures, brackets, and sculptures, so each Thursday we celebrate and highlight these bold pioneers!

Have you considered building a 3D project around an Arduino or other microcontroller? How about printing a bracket to mount your Raspberry Pi to the back of your HD monitor? And don’t forget the countless LED projects that are possible when you are modeling your projects in 3D!

Raspberry Pi 4 case #3DPrinting #timelapse #3DThursday

Raspberry PI 4 case. You can’t help but notice how hot the Pi4 gets, just adding a Noctua 40mm 5v fan makes a massive difference. 20c drop was noticed while running a stress test.
I made a little case to hold the fan and protect the Pi 4.

First 5 Pictures are V5s

Version 5 is still in Beta and isn’t exactly the best

Version 3(Hygrip) and Version 5 aren’t compatible

I made this because holding the switch by itself is really uncomfortable. You can check out how I made it on my website www.everyview.net It would be really nice if you could give me credit if you’re showing it anywhere, but have fun with this and hope it makes using the switch more comfortable.

Nintendo Switch Video Game Case Holder #3DThursday #3DPrinting

Case holder for Nintendo Switch video games. It’s stackable, so if you get a new game, just print a new tray and add it to the middle of the stack.

Based on the Modular Stackable Nintendo 3ds Game Case Holder by pancakewizard, I adjusted the size, added a little handle to ease the extraction of the games, and put side walls.

Flipper Flapper #3DThursday #3DPrinting

NewImage

Shared by jsorscher on Thingiverse:

Many college students receive over one hundred push notifications per day. With a constant barrage of notifications flooding the screens of our computers and smartphones, it has become increasingly difficult to cultivate a work environment conducive to productivity.

Working at a desk cluttered with various electronics and papers is a challenge on its own, so we set out to reduce the interruptions from smartphone, tablet, and desktop notifications by consolidating the information and delivering it in an attractive, unobtrusive way.

The FlipperFlapper, a retro, flip clock inspired desktop notification center, combines practical functionality with elegant, exposed mechanical design.

On the technical end, continuous-rotation SG90 servos work in tandem with limit switches to create a closed feedback-control loop, allowing software on the internet-connected ESP32 microcontroller to flip the flaps to the appropriate location upon receipt of a notification.
